Why they call her Mimi
“Mimi” is what Alesia’s granddaughters call her, and it became the name of this family program. Alesia and her husband, Cecil, raise Golden Doodles and Standard Poodles at their home in West Tennessee, where the dogs are part of everyday life. It began in 2021 with two Standard Golden Doodles and the bond they shared with their owner, and it grew into the thing they love most.

How we raise them
In our home, not a kennel
Our puppies live with us. From the day they’re born they receive gentle handling, loving attention, and the comfort of our voices. As they grow, we help them discover their world through play, everyday routines, and new experiences that build confidence — in the kitchen, out in the yard, and in the koi pond once they’re old enough.
